AMI Alumni, Nanoparticles Self-Assembly

Florian Guignard was born in Lausanne, Switzerland, and grew up in Nyon, by the lake of Geneva. After two years at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) studying Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, he moved to the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zürich where he graduated with a Master of Science in Chemical and Bioengineering in 2010. After a six-month internship in Merck-Serono, he felt like returning to academia to do research was a must. In 2012, he started a PhD in Prof. Dr. Marco Lattuada "Nanoparticle Self-Assembly" group.
